House rules
Children of all ages are welcome, and guests aged 18 and over are charged as adults; cribs and extra beds are not available. Pets are not allowed and the whole property is non-smoking, with smoking permitted outdoors only. Parties and events are not allowed, and cash is not accepted. Please take care of the property inventory, as damage caused by negligence has to be compensated.
