Seaside stay in Petrčane

The house sits in a quiet part of Petrčane, a small Dalmatian village 13 km from Zadar. Punta Radman Beach is a two-minute walk away, while the promenade, restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and the bus stop are all within a few hundred metres, so a car is never necessary once you arrive.

Rooms and apartments are clean, simply furnished and made for warm summers, with strong air conditioning, private bathrooms and balconies in selected units. Guests come back for the calm atmosphere, the helpful hosts and the easy walk to two different beaches.

The large shared terrace on the second floor looks out over the rooftops towards the sea and is a favourite spot for coffee in the morning and long dinners in the evening. Downstairs, the garden terrace with barbecue and outdoor dining tables sits in the shade of the trees.

A breakfast buffet with juice, fresh pastries, cheese, cold cuts and seasonal fruit is served between 8:00 and 10:00 from 1 July to 1 October and is included in the price. Guests who prefer to cook can use the shared kitchen or the barbecue in the garden at any time of day.

Every unit has air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower, towels and a hairdryer, linens, a seating area, wardrobe, TV and free Wi-Fi that reaches all areas of the house. Shared facilities include a garden, a ground floor terrace with barbecue, a well-equipped common kitchen on the second floor, a washing machine and laundry facilities, and free private parking on site that does not need to be reserved. The whole property is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and an iron, ironing board and fans are available on request at no extra cost.

The house has twin rooms, studio apartments and a spacious two bedroom apartment for up to five guests, so it suits couples, families and small groups alike.
